Video on WordPress

There have been several post on video on WordPress, so I though I would play with a bit of it.
I think there are several ways to put video on WordPress (I need to keep in mind my arbitrary size limits on a free account so I can only show so many videos here). I am going to try to show several methods to do it.

First, is to simply save your video to YouTube or Google Video and then get the necessary code and post it here. You post it by using the actual URL location of the video at YouTube or Google and putting in brackets in the
